Photo exhibition ‘Disappearing Masterpieces‘

The special exhibition ‘Disappearing Masterpieces‘ has been dedicated to present unique monuments of wooden architecture in Russia as well as to inform about methods of their restoration and preservation. This exhibition reminds us about the fragility and of cultural heritage loss and invites all to help saving and preserving this earthly beauty.

This exhibition was first presented at the Ministry of Culture of the Czech Republic in Prague in June 2011 and Wallachian Open-air Museum in Roznov pod Radhostem in August 2011. Since the exhibition was presented in Russia, in Petrozavodsk, Achachangelsk, Vologda and Moscow.
